Cancellation Terms

All subscription products sold by HCLB Communities Ltd can be cancelled at any time. Our standard cancellation terms are as follows:

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• You will not receive any refund of subscriptions already paid.
• You will continue to enjoy the full benefits of your subscription until the end of your current billing cycle.

14 Day Cooling Off Period

If you are a consumer, HCLB Communities Ltd will refund you in full if you choose to cancel your subscription within 14 days of signing up, in line with statutory rights in the United Kingdom. This does not apply to Business-to-Business sales.

Further Terms

If you have legal rights in your country of residence that should supersede these terms, HCLB Communities Ltd will honour these rights. In this case, please make your case via email to legal@hclbcommunities.com or by post to our Registered Office.

If you purchase a subscription that requires application and your application is rejected, you will be refunded in full.
